Eligibility
Frail, aged, and younger persons with a disability & carers of those persons. Services are provided to persons needing assistance in maintaining their independence in their home environment who are unable to care for themselves and have limited carer supports.
Fees
Some services attract a fee, There are concessions and/or waivers to eligible clients
Comment
Services are provided after professional assessment. Any member of the Community can refer clients to domiciliary care as well as GP's, hospital & allied health professionals.
