To foster interest in and raise funds for the development of the Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden. To promote conservation and growing of indigenous flora and to enlighten the general public regarding its significance and importance.
Services
- Support group aimed at fostering interest in Garden.
- Fundraising to further develop facilities in the garden.
- Educating members & the public about the Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden at Port Augusta
- Issue of four newsletters per year
- Informal meetings with eminent guest speakers on environmental matters four times a year in WMC Herbarium Meeting room.

- Provision of guest speakers for other organisations
