Services
- Learning clubs are a safe, quiet place where students can work with tutors one-on-one. Learning Clubs are available to students from reception to Year 12. Various groups include:
- Active Learning about lifestyles and sports for 5-12 year olds
- Gender specific for Girls on Track and Boyz Biz held at local schools
- iTrack - online mentoring for high school students supporting a successful transition from school to work
- Grow Together homework and gardening group - after school activities, including gardening for 8-12 year olds
- Learning for Life scholarships offer financial support for low income and socially disadvantaged families for students attending school. Referral is required from local schools (or community agency). Eligibility criteria applies. Scholarships are also administered by Community Third Party providers at Anglicare, Morphett Vale and Hackham West Community Centre
- Let's Read mentoring program for families about the importance of reading to their children under 5 years
- Student2student peer telephone support reading program matching students who need to improve their reading (Years 3-8) with trained older mentors (Years 8-12) to encourage an enjoyment of reading
- Work Preparation Program links senior secondary students with successful national businesses to give students practical skills to assist them in searching for and gaining employment
- Tertiary Mentoring Program - provides tertiary scholarship receipts with an industry based mentor to support them throughout their studies
- Food for Smiling program promoting oral health and hygeine for 2 to 5 year olds
- Ready Set Go - health and literacy program aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged preschool children and their families
