Program aims to reduce loneliness and isolation among older people living independently in the community and provide support for older people around managing health and lifestyle issues that impact on their ability to connect with community activities and services

- Men's Chat Group, Wed 10.30am at Hackham Community Sports and Social Club, cnr States Rd and Doctors Rd, Hackham
- Seaford Active Seniors Tues 1pm at Southern Primary Health-Seaford SEM Building, cnr Main Rd & Grand Blvd, Seaford - mixed social group including option to attend the Physical Balance & Mobility Class - chair-based exercise activities, 12.45pm or 1.30pm
- Connecting Through Conversation - mixed discussion group, 1st and 3rd Mon 1.30pm at Southern Primary Health-Seaford
- Living the Good Life, 4th Mon 2pm at Southern Primary Health-Seaford - interactive group discussions on all aspects of living well for older people
