Services
- Aims to improve collaboration and identify areas for service reform across the Home and Community Care (HACC) services and the wider community care sector that affects the HACC target group, being older people living in their own homes and younger people with disabilities and their carers. The project is directed through a steering committee of non-government organisations, government agencies and Disability, Ageing and Carers. Work groups are developed in response to sector needs and emerging issues and meet as required
