Offer a range of individualised, time-limited services for older people who have a need to develop greater independence and self-management skills. Offers both physical rehabilitation and lifestyle rehabilitation. Some of the services are physiotherapy, podiatry, counselling, physical and fitness assessments and lifestyle planning

- Information and referral - resource centre to help people access information about services for older people in the Onkaparinga area
- Paramedical services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and podiatry
- Balance class beginners - falls prevention program Mon 1.15pm, ongoing class Thurs 1.30pm
- Over 60s land and water based exercise classes held at various times and locations, medical certificate required for health and fitness activities
- Strength for Life exercise and fitness program Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
- Chair based exercise Mon and Thurs 11am, maintenance Tues and Thurs 10am
- Stroke support
- Rehabilitation exercise and support
- Assistance to identify health and fitness goals
- Chronic Disease Self Management including Diabetes management courses
