- Interpretive centre for the Kaurna people and the Tjilbruke Dreaming Story, to preserve and protect remnant vegetation of the Sturt River area and to interpret the indigenous history of the site
- Kaurna cultural tours, educational programs for adults and schools, exhibitions, special events, arts and cultural activities
- The Centre incorporates a retail gallery and facilities and meeting spaces are available for hire
