Eligibility
People aged 16 years and over whose lives are affected by mental illness and who live in the southern metropolitan area extending from Mile End in the west, Trinity Gardens in the east, and south to Hawthorndene and Macclesfield

People who join the program work with their own Personal Helper and Mentor who supports them in their recovery while living in the community
