Aims to achieve better health outcomes for people living in the western metropolitan region of Adelaide. The centre is an integrated primary health care service where a number of agencies are co-located including Child Adolescent Mental Health Service, Drug & Alcohol Services SA, Pregnancy Advisory Centre, Second Story Youth Health and SHine SA Inc.

- Counselling for young people with mental health issues
- Counselling for young people aged 16-18 years who have experienced sexual abuse or sexual assault (CAMHS)
- Counselling for young people aged 12-25 who have been sexually assaulted/abused (CNAHS)
