Eligibility
People aged 60 and over living in Playford and Salisbury areas. Referral from GP may be required for various rehabilitative therapy services. Referral is not required for continence clinics
Fees
For services. Reduction in fees can be negotiated by application to the manager

- Aged Care North - home support for older people who are frail or ill and live in Gawler, Playford, Salisbury and Tea Tree Gully Councils
- Therapy services - speech pathology, podiatry, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, continence clinics, wound clinic, counselling and nutrition education
- Playford Home Support Service - enhancing independence through health information and access to self management and healthy living programs
- Transition Care Program - short term help for older people who have been in hospital
- Veterans Home Nursing
