Aims to promote and engage in the study of geology by means of lectures and field excursions, and to encourage the preservation of areas of geological importance. A family club in which children are encouraged to attend both lectures and excursions
Services
- Lectures - held at 7.45 pm, monthly, 2nd Thurs, except Dec and Jan, Mawson Lecture Theatre, Department of Geology and Geophysics, University of Adelaide
- Day excursions to areas of interest around Adelaide, monthly
- Camps - held further afield at Easter, in August or September and on some long weekends
