Older people living in parts of the council areas of Charles Sturt, Port Adelaide Enfield, Salisbury, Tea Tree Gully, Walkerville, West Torrens, who need assistance to remain living at home. Assessment required by Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) for care packages
