Eligibility
Young people aged 12 to 18 with significant to severe mental health issues. Referral required from GP, psychiatrist, community CAMHS or DECS student well-being coordinator
Services
- Day Program - semester-based therapeutic group programs with individual counselling and family support
- Adolescent Complex Care Unit - providing intensive and mobile case management support to young people with complex mental health problems and Hospital to Home Transition Team, an activity-based therapeutic group program
