Outreach and accommodation services are provided at Waikerie. Services are also provided in Mount Gambier and Murraylands
Services
- Accommodation - emergency accommodation for families and individuals - for up to 3 months; supported accommodation and independent living skills training for young people aged 15-20; supported accommodation for Aboriginal young people with complex needs
- Aboriginal Youth Development Program - supports children and young people aged 12-25 who are disadvantaged by their family circumstances
- Alternative care - for children and young people 0-18 years (emergency, short and long term); recruitment, assessment and training of foster families; placement of children with appropriate families

- Community development - including youth Peer Education Program, Healthy Pregnancies Project, breakfast program at local schools
- Emergency relief - food (by appointment)
- Family Relationship Program - supporting family well-being through positive relationships
- Family reunification - intensive intervention to return children to their families
