Eligibility
Community and Family Support Service for people with drug related problems and their families (all ages) and Street Outreach Service for young people in need of general support and information (12-25 years)
Comment
Provides support for individuals, families and communities experiencing harm associated with alcohol and other drug use. Services are provided by professional staff and trained volunteers. 12 session brief intervention
Services
- Community and Family Support Service (CAFSS) - support, assessment, case management and brief interventions including social skills training, relapse prevention and referral. This service is available in the northern and southern suburbs of Adelaide to people over 16 years
- Street Outreach Service (SOS) - six outreach programs provide a night mobile information, outreach and referral service, Fri - Sat in southern, north eastern, Gawler, Prospect and Glenelg areas
- Community education on drug use issues and strategies
