Frail aged people of non-English speaking backgrounds from smaller ethnic communities. Assessment by Aged Care Assessment Team required for Community Aged Care Packages. Services also available to HACC eligible clients

- Culturally appropriate care to older people in their own homes - including domiciliary care, personal care, meal preparation, transport, and assistance in accessing podiatry, physiotherapy and occupational therapy
