Eligibility
Young people aged 12-25 years who are at risk of emotional, psychological or physical harm due to being at risk; having mental health issues; offending behaviours; alcohol and or drug abuse; early school leaving; learning and behavioural issues; being homeless or at risk of homelessness

Provides access to a range of programs to support young people and increase their connection with and participation in the wider community through several co-located services including Reconnect, Northern Metropolitan Aboriginal Council, and Muna Paiendi Community Health
Services
- Assessment and referral
- Case work - assisting young people to develop goals and achieve outcomes related to education and training, finance, accommodation, health, family and peers
- Community connection
- Independent living skills program for people under 25 years of age aimed at increasing skills in budgeting, food / cooking, housing, communication, health and well-being
- Young Mum's Groups - providing information, social support, and parenting skills to young women who are pregnant or have children
- Reconnect - early intervention for young people at risk of homelessness and their families, provided by UnitingCare Wesley Adelaide, tel. 8285 3780
- Education programs - Northern Connexions for young people aged 16-19 who are not participating in education or employment
- FreshStart education program seeks to engage students who are aged 13-15 who are, or are at risk of being, disengaged from mainstream schooling, and who are eligible for Flexible Learning Options (FLO) funding. Includes goal setting, problem solving, communication, numeracy and literacy, with case management support
