Children 5-16 years who are registered with Disability SA, with priority given to children with multiple severe disabilities; adults and older teenagers aged 16 and over with severe and multiple disabilities who use a wheelchair for mobility

- Group home - long term community-based accommodation for people aged 18 and over
- Cluster site - individual in-home assistance with daily living activities
- 2. COMMUNITY-BASED RESPITE
- Families for Families - provides respite for parents of children with disabilities by matching a child with a host family who care for them one weekend per month
- Camps for Kids - provides camps for children and young people with disabilities aged 7-16 years
- Youth Getaway - metro short holidays for age 7-16 in various locations around SA
- Outcomes Support - community-based respite service in metropolitan and country areas. Provides assistance to access community activities of the client's choice or to provide support at home
