Public Housing: Provides Housing SA (previously Housing Trust and Aboriginal Housing Authority) clients with an avenue of appeal if dissatisfied with decisions made in relation to rental applications, tenancy matters, bond and rent assistance and home purchases. The appeal process does not deal with disputes between neighbours, eviction for rent arrears or complaints about staff, Community Housing: Provides Housing Co-operative and Housing Association members/tenants access to appeal against decisions made by their Community Housing Organisation (CHO)
