- Accommodation - for families and individuals for up to 3 months; supported accommodation and independent living skills training for young people aged 15-20
- Alternative care - for children and young people 0-18 years (emergency, short and long term); recruitment, assessment and training of foster families; placement of children with appropriate families; family reunification
- Emergency accommodation for single adults who are homeless
- Emergency relief - financial assistance and food (by appointment)
- Family Relationship Program - men and family relationships; family relationships counselling; specialised family violence services; family relationships education and skills training
- Family reunification - intensive intervention to return children to their families
- Family support - in-home assistance with child and home management
- Flying Start - early intervention program to provide support, information and education for rural families
- No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) - assists eligible people to purchase essential goods, furniture, medical equipment, whitegoods
- Outdoor Classroom - enhancing learning opportunities through competency-based activities
- Recreation Link-up program for people with disabilities
