Office: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5pm. Services provided 24 hours, 7 days per week
Eligibility
People under 65 years with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, acquired brain injury, behaviour disorders, autism, sensory impairment, physical and neurological disabilities; their families and carers. Requests for services are also accepted from clients who self-fund their support services., Specific eligibility requirements are determined by the appropriate designated specialist agency (DSA). These include: Disability SA, Community Accommodation & Respite Agency (CARA), Exceptional Needs Unit and Mental Health Services
