- Accommodation services - information, referral and advocacy, assistance in locating accessible housing in the public, community and private sectors, tenancy support
- Community Lifestyle Advisory Service - assistance with re-establishing links with the community after rehabilitation, maintaining good health and wellbeing
- Counselling and support
- Family support - regular social events for friends or family members of people affected by spinal cord injury
- Home support - including assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, banking, gardening, shopping
- Peer Support Advocates - people who have suffered a spinal injury are based at the Spinal Injuries Rehabilitation Unit to support clients, family and friends while undergoing rehabilitation
- Recreation - including social activities
- Volunteer program - volunteers receive training to assist in a range of service areas
