  • Hearing Solutions, including information, education, communication skills training and hearing advisory services
  • Sensory Directions, providing complex case management for people who are deaf, hearing impaired, blind, vision impaired and deaf-blind
  • Consultancy education and support to family, community and government about vision and hearing loss
  • Adopt a puppy program - guide dog puppies are adopted by families with whom they live for up to 14 months and who are responsible for introducing the puppy to different environments and situations
