People requiring interpreting assistance by telephone. On site interpreting appointments must be made by fax or by completing the On-site Interpreter Booking Form on the TIS National website. For translation services, contact Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) providers

- Interpreting service - telephone and on site, including Doctors Priority Line, a free service for eligible doctors to facilitate communication with patients who do not speak English
