Travellers. Emergency assistance provided only in cases of extreme need. Preliminary contact needs to be made by an agency. A written referral from the agency is required after society staff have agreed to assist

A volunteer organisation that may, in an emergency, pay some of the costs for people needing temporary accommodation in the city who are unable to afford the full rates. This must be arranged through the social workers of welfare organisations
