- Social work and case management - crisis intervention, information and referral, advocacy, exploring housing options, support to access accommodation and assistance to maintain accommodation
- Aged City Living Program - flexible, individually tailored case management for people over 50 years who are homeless or have a history of homelessness
- Boarding House Outreach Support - support for people living in boarding houses in the Eastern Region
- Home and community care - Assists people over 50 who have experienced homelessness to maintain their independence at home and in the community
- Intensive Tenancy support - Provided by our partner Red Cross to assist clients either in private rentals, community or public housing to maintain their tenancies if they are at risk of eviction
- Numeracy and Literacy tutors - individual tutors arranged to provided 1 on 1 support and guidance to help those that wish to learn to read and write or expand their current skills
- Arts project - A welcoming place for people to come and paint and to develop their storytelling skills and value their living culture
- Gang-Greens - Looking after planter boxes, sweeping out the front of Hutt Street centre in order to make a positive contribution to the local community (Fri am)
- Photography club - Opportunity to learn more about cameras, techniques for taking photos, editing and presenting photos to exhibit
