Comment
The Residential Tenancies Act 1995 covers all private rental agreements. The Residential Parks Act 2007 covers all residential park agreements where the dwelling being occupied is the residents principal place of residence.Tenancies Branch provides all information in relation to tenancy arrangements and disputes and will advise appropriate cases on the hearing procedures undertaken through the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. Commercial tenancies are covered by the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995
