The centre includes a library, sporting complex with both indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, swimming pools, theatre complex, arts and crafts complex and Parks Youth & Children's Service. Creche facilities are provided for people using the centre - times vary., Also located at the centre are:, Boystown, Drug & Alcohol Services SA - Community Services, Individual Supported Accommodation Service Inc. - Parks Arts and Functions complex - offers arts programs including workshops, performances, films, arts projects and artists in residence to create ongoing arts participation by the community; facilities for hire include fully equipped theatres, function and meeting rooms, art and craft studios at affordable hire rates and supported by staff who assist with administrative, technical and artistic issues
- Parks sports & fitness - centre for family fun, social sport, health and fitness with qualified staff, 4 swimming pools including a 25 metre indoor heated pool, 3 workout rooms with weights, hydraulic circuit equipment and cardio lounge, 2 squash courts, 2 court stadium, massage and sauna

- Community development - involving local residents in planning and provision of services and activities
- Children's services - including creche, vacation care, after school and weekend activities
