Services
- Assessment, treatment, case management and support to people in the community aged 18 onwards who may be experiencing symptoms of a mental illness, at risk of harm or significant physical & mental deterioration or on a Community Treatment Order, under the Mental Health Act (2009)
- Provision of mental health related information for families and carers of people with a mental illness
- Offices located in Gawler and Nuriootpa
- Referrals via Healthlink on 1800 003 307 (Healthlink can also advise of the specific catchment area for the team and direct referrals appropriately)
