The Gawler Volunteer Resource Centre provides information and support to volunteers, volunteer coordinators and volunteer organisations to assist them to deliver their programs and activities for the benefit of the Gawler community.
Services
- Provide a volunteer recruitment and referral service.
- Promote and coordinate Community Training opportunities.
- Provide information and resources to assist organisations on a variety of topics including: grant information, governance issues, volunteer management principles, legislation etc.
- Deliver volunteer recognition and appreciation events for the local community.
- Promote funding opportunities that may be available for community groups and organisations.
- Support organisations to promote and grow their programs and activities.
