Provides disability employment services to people with a disability, health condition or work injury. This may include job counselling and some training on the job or through a short course. Assists with job placement and a safe return to work. Can assist students identified by their school as requiring additional support to look for part time work or link to training. For people with work injuries, with your authority we will talk to your Employer or Insurer before starting a program. Most programs would be at no cost to the consumer. Our work Training Scheme provides on-the-job training to suitable applicants with relevent employers. Staff are professionally qualified Rehabilitation Consultants, Occupational Therapists and Employment Specialists.
