- The controlling body of Birdwood Recreation Park, tennis courts, oval and grounds, soccer pitch. Owned and managed by the people of Birdwood, for the local community
- Volunteers in the organisation perform a wide variety of activities, however the main activities performed are: helping with fundraisers, including organising the function, setting up beforehand, volunteer work on the day and packing up afterwards, general maintenance around the oval and recreation grounds
