- Volunteer Information - The PVCRC is a committee comprising community members, representatives from the Piccadilly Tennis and Netball clubs, and volunteers interested in the improvement of community facilities. The committee has responsibility for the maintenance and development of the Piccadilly courts and surrounding community recreation area. General maintenance and development is the responsibility of PVCRC. Meetings are held six times each year and new members are always welcome
