- Council provides one 140L Mobile Garbage Bin (blue lid) for garbage, one 240L Mobile Garbage Bin for Green Organics (green lid) and one 240L Mobile Garbage Bin (yellow lid) for Recyclables, per assessment, free of charge. Additional bins - user charges apply. Conditions apply to the issue of bins to businesses.
