Conditions of hire are to be signed on confirmation of booking.

Availability - By negotiation and bookings.
Capacity - Clubrooms approximately 180 people, 160 on the greens (subject to availability).
Facilities - October to April clubrooms and greens by negotiation; May to September clubrooms only.  Bar - (to be staffed by WBC members and takings to club), kitchen, barbeque, airconditioning and Rose Garden with gazebo.
Fees - By negotiation, Floor - Carpet and vinyl, Parking - Street parking available
