Frail, aged and young disabled people and their carers living in Norwood Payneham and St Peters on the basis of assessed need.

Services
- Excursions - Half day trips on selected Tues. Cost: $7, lunch at own expense. Door to door pickup.
- Lunch at the Pub - 2nd and 4th Mon 12noon, at local pub. Cost $6, transport available for eligible residents.
- 3R's Respite, Revitalisation & Recreation - A collaboration with Burnside Council to provide individualised support in a small group setting for people who are 65+ and socially isolated. Wed 10am - 2pm, Payneham Community Centre, 374 Payneham Rd, Payneham 5070. Cost $7 (includes morning tea and lunch.
- Gentle Exercises and Relaxation - A structured program of exercise and relaxation provided by a qualified fitness instructor. Thur 10am - 11.30am, cost $5.
