Eligibility
1. A government eligibility criteria - the assessment includes basic eligibility test, an income and assets test and/or a needs test.
2. An eligibility assessment:
a.)Pensioners and aged people 55 years and over, have low income and do not own a residential property,
b.) Be independent of nursing care,
c.) Have reasonable health and be able to care for themselves and their own room

Fees:
No ingoing donation, the charge for accommodation at Broadview House is made up of two components, a House fee and rent,
1. fortnightly fee of 61% of the Total Single Pension covers light, power, meals, heavy laundry, maintenance, gardening and basic household supplies,
2. rent is 25% of gross fortnightly income (Income includes Pension, bank interest, and Commonwealth Rent Assistance), charges are paid fortnightly in advance.
Services
- The development provides semi-independent rental accommodation for elderly people, 55 years and over
- Housekeeper provides 2 main meals of the day, Monday to Friday. One main meal is provided both Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast supplies provided 7 morning per week
- Spacious private rooms - safe, homely surroundings
- All rooms have private ensuite bathroom and airconditioning
- Close to shops and public transport
- No pets allowed
- All residents provided with personal alarm for 24 hour emergency care call out
- Residents have their own key and are free to come and go as they please
- Respite care available for non-residents
