Eligibility
People aged over 60 years who have significant mobility/balance issues and/or have fallen or been identified as being of moderate to high risk of falling who live in the council areas of Gawler, Playford, Salisbury or Tea Tree Gully
Fees
Initial assessment free, $5.00 subsidized charge for each subsequent session
Comment
Aims to help people who have had falls in the past or who are unable to get out and about confidently. Provides a multidisciplinary screening and assessment service that co-ordinates individual rehabilitation to improve physical and functional status, increasing a person's ability to manage at home. Follow up support may include individual exercise programs, group mobility classes and referrals to a range of professionals
