Eligibility
Community Aged Care Package or an Extended Aged Care at Home Package: the frail aged with complex needs as assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) and living in the council areas of Gawler, Playford, Salisbury Tea Tree Gully or Port Adelaide Enfield, Home help and/or personal care: residents aged over 65 years with low level needs living in the council areas of Gawler, Playford, Salisbury, Tea Tree Gully or Port Adelaide Enfield
Fees
Community Aged Care Package or an Extended Aged Care at Home Package: Up to 17.5% of the basic pension. Up to 50% of all additional income for those on a higher income., Home help and/or personal care: Hourly rate
