For Clements House - referral required from Central Northern Adelaide Health Service - OPMHS Acute Units, For Makk and McLeay Houses, a referral from an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)

This facility provides transitional and extended care for mentally ill older residents with challenging behaviours
Services
- Sub acute and transitional mental health care intervention - Clements House. Aimed at returning residents to their chosen accommodation
- Residential aged care facilities - high level care. Makk House and McLeay House provide specialised care for individuals with a mental illness who have challenging behaviours. State and Commonwealth-funded beds, secure dementia
- Zweck House and Howard House have ceased operation with Howard House transitioning on November 2009 to the Lyell McEwin Hospital to Ward IH, a purpose-built acute unit for older people
