- Continuing education aimed at retired people but open to all ages
- Office open Mon - Wed 9.30am - 12.30pm
- Courses are given by the members themselves and some volunteers from outside, all teaching without payment
- Lectures and tours on a wide variety of topics
- Lectures held at various locations in the south particularly at Active Elders Hall
- Small study groups
