- Weekly adult yoga classes integrating all aspects of relaxation - postures and movement, breathing, meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation)
- Classes are in comfortable friendly surroundings where participants are encouraged to practice to their own personal capacity, whether beginner or experienced.
