Services
  • The Blackwood & Hills Calisthenics Club is non-competitive and non-profit, with accredited coaches who teach children dance routines and calisthenics moves to modern music.
  • Classes are held weekly during the school term and they have two concerts each year.
  • Learning Calisthenics in a friendly, caring atmosphere has lots of benefits - participation helps build skills such as physical fitness, confidence, leadership, self¬esteem, memory, concentration and listening.
  • They are a well recognised local group who are proudly supported by the City of Mitcham, local businesses, parents, grandparents and friends, and they regularly receive feedback from parents about how much their children are enjoying themselves.
  • No previous experience is necessary and enrolments are accepted during Term 1 of any school year.
