- Come & Try on Fridays commencing at 6pm
- Rhythmic Gymnastics is a combination of ballet, dance, acrobatics and even circus skills, displaying gymnastic movements and apparatus skills. Gymnasts have to demonstrate artistry, fitness, flexibility, coordination and strength. The sport improves hand-eye coordination, balance and promotes self espression & creativity.
- Gymnasts perform routines on the floor area to music using apparatus, rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. All routines show fundamental body movements from categories, leaps & jumps, balances, pivots, and flexibilities.
