The spacious Community Shed is available for learning and undertaking woodworking, carving, mosaic, felting and other construction and creative opportunities. The Institute building is home to: ● yoga ● ballet ● piano lessons ● Japanese martial arts ● zumba ● tai chi ● the Adelaide Sound Connection (Women’s acapella group) ● bridge club ● pilates ● kumon ● ballroom dancing ● perisai diri (martial arts) ● “Be Active” (disability exercise program) and “Seniors in Harmony” – new members welcomed to all groups.
