Eligibility
Children and adolescents from infancy to 14 yrs who have suspected multiple developmental difficulties and/or autism spectrum disorders which have not been assessed by other agencies

Services
- Assessment and diagnosis of children who are having difficulties with their development in at least three areas, e.g. language, coordination, learning, social skills. Includes assessment and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders
- Following assessment, children and families are referred to appropriate services and agencies
- An assessment report summarising the assessment and recommendations is sent to the family and other agencies/professionals, as nominated by the family
- Referrals have to be made through professional agencies such as teachers, community health agencies, hospitals, GPs, private health professionals etc
