- The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP) - A program that meets international standards and has a strong focus on citizenship, service to the community, social and health education, the environment and approaches to learning.
- Our Gifted and Talented Program identifies and caters for students with high intellectual potential.
- The Football (Soccer) Academy provides a specialised, elite sports program for talented football players and supports students pursuing pathways in the sporting industry.
- To support our students from non-English backgrounds, Underdale High School offers English as a Second Language (ESL) in addition to ESL support in mainstream subjects in all year levels.
