Health and Wellbeing services include counselling services to help resolve issues such as coping with major life changes, addressing concerns of loneliness and isolation. Assist persons to reconnect and recreate opportunities for fulfilling community participation. Groups and Courses - access to activities tailored to your needs, to develop coping skills and enjoyment of life

- Successful Ageing – counselling, learning opportunities, memory improvement, relaxation and stress management, dealing with change, confidence and self-esteem,
- health coaching,
- Towards Community Inclusion - reducing social isolation for older people, men's groups, social support groups
- Grandparents as Parents (GAPP) - supporting grandparents in a full time caring role - includes individual, group support information and advocacy, linking to other support services and events
