The group meets at the DSTO Edinburgh. Rostrum encourages growth in public speaking skills as well as formal meeting procedures. The meetings involve a variety of public speaking excercises for members and involve a formal meeting to provide experience in public speaking and meeting procedures. Visitors are always welcome and are not required to participate. If you are interested in attending, please ring or email Joe McConnell first, as visitors to DSTO must have formal approval prior to arrival.
