Eligibility
Referral required (in person/over the phone/online via website).Referrals can be from Self, Doctor, Service Providers, Centrelink, Insurance companies or Workcover. Must be of working age (14-65),be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and have a disability, injury or health condition.
Fees
Free for Centrelink recipients, recover costs from insurance companies, and/or third parties of compensation recipients.

- Rehabilitation for persons that require assistance in gaining or retain employment. Assessment of individuals needs and abilities, employment assistance, tailored rehabiliation programs, workplace safety and design. Limited funding is available for training, treatment, aids and applicances
